EDXC Radio 2017 on air today Wednesday 9th August 2017 with few short 15 minute tests on 9290 and/or 9270 kHz starting 16:00 UTC and lasting until 23:00 UTC! Direct transmission will be transmit from Finland.
All correct reception reports came to e-mailaddresses [email protected] or [email protected] will be verified via Special Printed QSLs for those who will partisipate meeting in Tampere 18-20th August 2017. (QSLs will be left there to infotable and can be picked from there by anyone reported us! QSL-letter will include also more informative material of EDXC Radio).

Please be advised that after many weeks of absence due to a transmitter fault, MRI will be back on the air tomorrow, Sunday, 9 July 2017, with its original, very old and just refurbished transmitter as follows: 08.30-11.30 UTC on 11390 kHz AM with only 25 watts.
Reception reports with audio clips (mp3-file) are welcome and confirmed by QSL verification. Some lucky listeners will ALSO receive our printed QSL card, so don’t forget to include your postal address. E-mail: marconiradiointernational (at) gmail.com

Dopo diverse settimane di assenza a causa di un guasto al trasmettitore, Marconi Radio International (MRI) sarà di nuovo in onda domani, domenica 9 Luglio 2017, dalle 08.30 alle 11.30 UTC su 11390 kHz AM. Per l’occasione useremo il nostro vecchio trasmettitore, di recente revisionato, che eroga una potenza di soli 25 watts.

Compie 38 anni la stazione radio I.B.C., Italian broadcasting corporation.
Iniziano il 3 Luglio 1979 sui 6240 kHz con “Cercami” dei Pooh le trasmissioni di quella che allora fu battezzata “Compagnia italiana di radiodiffusione” per poi diventare Italian broadcasting corporation. Le prime trasmissioni furono effettuate dal centro Italia con un trasmettitore surplus militare da 1W in antenna per poi passare ad un autocostruito da 10W.
La storia di I.B.C. è andata in onda nella trasmissione pomeridiana di sabato 08 Luglio 2017 sui 6070 kHz, è possibile ascoltarla qui insieme alla rubrica “posta degli ascoltatori”
